Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove sausage and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
