- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the chicken breasts. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
