  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Substitutions: For a lighter option, you can use ground turkey instead of beef. If you’re gluten-free, opt for gluten-free breadcrumbs and buns.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the garlic Parmesan butter by mixing melted butter with parsley and shredded mozzarella cheese.
