Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs: Comfort Food Made Easy

Learn how to make delicious Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

The key to this dish lies in selecting the right ingredients. I love using fresh, simple ingredients that let the flavors shine, just like my mom taught me.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
  5. Once done, mix water and cornstarch in a small bowl, then stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
