Ingredients
Scale
The key to this dish lies in selecting the right ingredients. I love using fresh, simple ingredients that let the flavors shine, just like my mom taught me.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Once done, mix water and cornstarch in a small bowl, then stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
