Ingredients
Scale
The key to this dish lies in selecting fresh, quality ingredients that allow the flavors to shine. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option, and feel free to add some jalapeños if you like a bit of heat!
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

- Lay out each tortilla and spread a thin layer of sour cream over it.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned beef over the tortillas, followed by cheese, salsa, green onions, and cilantro.
- Tightly roll each tortilla and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
